Currently, we use popular platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com to maximize the visibility and reach of your property. However, we are also developing our own booking platform, which will provide additional opportunities for exposure and direct bookings.

 

5. What insurance coverage is provided for my property?

When listing your property on Airbnb, it automatically comes with a 1 million swiss francs insurance policy. Additionally, we can help you obtain an additional insurance policy that covers everything inside the apartment, including furniture and valuables, for added peace of mind.

 

6. Can you assist with furnishing and decorating my apartment?
